Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Clinical Support
- Serve as the primary clinical liaison between ASP Global and healthcare professionals, including Wound, Ostomy, and Continence (WOC) nurses, ICU managers, and Directors of Nursing.
- Partner with the AVP/PRIMO Specialist to promote product awareness and equitable clinical engagement.
- Conduct clinical presentations for Value Analysis Committees, Wound Care teams, and C-Suite executives (CNO/Director of Nursing).
- Support strategic customer introductions and cultivate relationships with key clinical decision-makers from diverse backgrounds.
- Assist hospitals in improving patient outcomes through education, protocol development, and compliance support.
Education & Training
- Act as a clinical advocate for PRIMO products, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity in healthcare practices.
- Develop and deliver continuing education (CE) programs for hospital staff that reflect best practices in culturally competent care.
- Provide peer-to-peer training and hands-on support during product evaluations and implementations.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where all individuals feel valued and supported.
Clinical Research & Evidence Development
- Collaborate with hospitals to track patient outcomes and contribute to inclusive clinical research.
- Assist in developing poster presentations, case studies, and publications that showcase the impact of PRIMO products across diverse patient populations.
- Embrace flexibility in thought processes and practices, adapting to evolving needs within both clinical and business contexts.
- Facilitate and lead Customer Focus Groups to gather diverse perspectives and drive meaningful customer-centered initiatives.
Product Development & Quality Support
- Serve as the clinical voice in new product development, ensuring that voice-of-customer (VOC) insights, go-to-market strategies, and internal product strategy reflect the needs of all patients and clinicians.
- Assist in resolving quality issues by leveraging clinical expertise to ensure product integrity, compliance, and accessibility.
- Apply and continue to develop strong clinical and business acumen to support organizational success.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
Minimum Requirements:
- RN, BSN, or CWOCN certification required.
- Minimum 5-7 years of clinical experience in a hospital, home health, or long-term care environment (Critical Care or Acute Care preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Experience collaborating with commercial sales teams to support product implementation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain inclusive professional relationships.
- Experience delivering clinical education, presentations, and protocol development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50% overnight.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Wound Care (CCRN, CWCN, CWS, or similar).
- Experience in pressure injury prevention and education.
- Understanding of clinical value drivers in hospital care and alternative sites of care.
- Experience with public speaking and technical product presentations.
