Kitten Care Advocate
We are seeking a compassionate Kitten Care Advocate to work with our team to provide specialized care and support to kittens in our foster care program. As a key member of our kitten care team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve kitten welfare and increase adoption rates.
- Develop and implement programs to promote kitten adoption and reduce euthanasia rates.
- Collaborate with shelter staff to identify kittens in need of specialized care and develop plans for their placement.
- Provide training and guidance to foster caregivers on kitten behavior, health, and nutrition.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience working with animals, preferably in a foster care or adoption setting.
- Strong knowledge of kitten behavior, health, and nutrition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
