Schedule: Friday to Monday, 11:15 PM to 7:15 AM
Aspen Acres Assisted Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate NOC Caregiver to join our team. The NOC Caregiver will provide exceptional care to our residents during overnight hours, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Resident Care:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents’ health status.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and emergencies.
Safety and Security:
- Conduct regular safety checks and rounds to ensure a secure environment.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized living space.
- Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Documentation:
- Accurately document care provided and any notable changes in residents’ conditions.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and their families.
- Assist in coordinating care with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Previous caregiving experience in an assisted living or similar environment preferred.
- Experience with night shifts or NOC care is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong observational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
Certifications:
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, move, and transfer residents using proper lifting techniques.
- Capability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
- Capacity to respond quickly in emergency situations.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
