RV Service Technician

Role Description and Responsibilities: Pay: $18-30hr plus BONUS Production Pay!

MUST HAVE RV EXPERIENCE TO BE HIRED

This is a full-time/part-time on-site RV Tech role located in Durango, CO. Looking for an individual with knowledge of parts and warranty.

The RV Tech will be responsible for performing various tasks related to repairing, maintaining, and installing components and systems of RVs, including carpentry, plumbing, and general maintenance and repair. The RV Tech will also be responsible for troubleshooting and providing excellent communication with customers and other team members.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with RV systems and components.
- Use power tools and specialized equipment to complete repairs and installations.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions.
- Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used.

Qualifications

• Carpentry and Plumbing skills
• Maintenance & Repair skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pay attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, methods, and techniques
• ASE or RVIA certification is a plus
• High School diploma or equivalent
• The company does random drug tests
