Key Responsibilities :

Attorney Billing & Invoicing

Financial Data Reporting

Month-End Closing Support

Payment Processing & Application

Expense Reimbursements & Check Requests

Check & ACH Payment Processing

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Journal Entries & Account Adjustments

Accounts Payable (AP) Management

Credit Card Reconciliation & Bill Payment

Ad-Hoc Projects & Process Improvement

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Previous experience in accounting, billing, or finance roles preferred but not required.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
