Aspen Careers is working to identify candidates for the following career opportunity.

Associate Attorney - Environmental Law (Columbus, OH)

This role involves assisting on matters including remediation of contaminated properties, environmental state and federal laws, environmental land issues and regulatory compliance / permitting.

Qualifications :

  • A minimum of three years of experience in environmental law.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Admitted to practice law in Ohio.

Preferred Attributes :

  • Emotional intelligence, humility, and team collaboration.
  • Experience with legal drafting (applications, motions, discovery, settlements).
  • Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
