Aspen Careers is proud to partner with a distinguished mid-size, full-service law firm based in Cleveland with a history dating back to the 1800's. They are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join their dynamic and expanding Corporate Practice Group.

What You'll Do:
Handle complex corporate transactions, including M&A and contract negotiations
Serve as trusted outside General Counsel to business clients
Support small business clients through all stages of growth and development
Contribute to real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects
Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas in a team-oriented environment
What We're Looking For:
1-5 years of experience in corporate or business law
Proven experience in M&A, sophisticated transactional work, and corporate governance
A background in real estate law is a plus
Licensed to practice in the state of Ohio
A strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
