As a Sales Consultant, you’ll:
- Engage with homeowners to assess property damage and develop repair plans.
- Generate inspection reports using advanced technology.
- Act as a key liaison between homeowners, production teams, and insurance companies.
- Monitor project progress to ensure quality workmanship and homeowner satisfaction.
- Secure payment and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior construction or insurance experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training and support.
- A passion for learning, persuasive communication skills, and a drive for success are essential.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Friendly, approachable personality with a talent for building trust and rapport.
- Flexibility for evening and weekend appointments.
- Willingness to travel or relocate as needed.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Physical ability to carry, set up, and climb ladders and walk roofs for inspections.
- Weekly pay, with competitive rates based on experience.
- Commission-based earnings with potential for substantial income.
