Key Responsibilities
- Canvass and set up appointments with homeowners and insurance companies
- Create scope of loss or inspection reports using provided technology
- Act as a liaison between property owners, production managers, and insurance companies
- Monitor progress and quality of work during production to ensure homeowner satisfaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience in insurance or construction? No problem – we provide training and tools for success
- Self-starter with effective presentation skills and a friendly personality
- Reliable transportation, ability to carry and set up ladders, and safely walk roofs for inspections
- Willingness to travel, relocate, and work evenings and weekends based on business needs
Compensation
Weekly pay with a beginning rate dependent on previous experience. Commission-based with medical, dental, and disability insurance after 60 days as a full-time employee, and 401(k) program eligibility after one year as a full-time employee.
