Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Project Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in sales and insurance adjusting to work directly with homeowners and insurance companies. You will assess property damage, determine the scope of repairs, and provide bids and estimates. You will oversee each project to ensure homeowner satisfaction and manage payment collection.
Responsibilities:
- Canvass neighborhoods and set up appointments with potential customers.
- Utilize provided technology to create detailed scope-of-loss or inspection reports.
- Act as a liaison between property owners, production managers, and insurance companies.
- Be present during production to monitor progress and ensure quality work aligns with the scope of repairs.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, insurance adjusting, or a related field.
Key Competencies:
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive success.
- Effective presentation skills to engage and inspire confidence in customers.
- Friendly personality and excellent communication skills are essential.
Other Requirements:
- Availability for evening and weekend hours based on business needs.
- Willingness to travel or relocate as needed.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to carry, set up, and climb ladders safely.
- Comfort with walking on roofs to perform inspections.
Compensation:
- Weekly pay, with starting rates dependent on previous experience.
- Commission-based earnings.
- Medical, dental, and disability insurance available after 60 days as a full-time employee.
- 401(k) program eligibility after one year as a full-time employee.
