Office Support – Aspen Contracting, Inc.
Location: O'Fallon, MO
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Responsibilities:
Receive and send packages daily
Provide general office support, including data entry, scanning, filing, and document preparation
Read and understand insurance property claims paperwork (Training provided)
Collaborate closely with our Production Team
Prepare final invoices for insurance companies and customers
Send mortgage checks/packets for endorsements
Make follow-up calls/emails to insurance companies, mortgage companies, and customers for collections
Assist with new location setup as directed
Process forms in Laserfiche
Manage client data in ASM CRM
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Office support or administrative experience preferred
Key Competencies:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Self-starter who can work independently and multitask effectively
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Friendly personality with clear and professional communication
