Job Responsibilities

• Taking orders and preparing alcoholic beverages
• Using proper glassware, garnishes, and recipes
• Salesmanship / upselling
• Upholding and enforcing state liquor
• Being responsible for large amounts of cash and alcohol
• Maintaining good sanitation, cleanliness and organization
• Showing concern for cost and inventory
• Demonstrating fun and excitement
• Recognizing 1st time guest
