Housekeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our community and keeping our residents room tidy and clean. This role is essential in providing high-quality service and upholding the standards of cleanliness that reflect our commitment to excellence.

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including resident rooms and common areas in 4 of our buildings.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change linens and make beds according to established standards.
- Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors, ensuring they are sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring all items are cleaned and returned promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.

Skills
- Experience in custodial or industrial cleaning preferred.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and housekeeping management practices.
- Proficiency in floor care techniques for various surfaces.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
