We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for driving business growth through inside sales, digital marketing, and event planning for corporate functions and company outings.
Key Responsibilities:
Inside Sales:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and online communication.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their AV needs.
- Monitor boards and relevant websites for RFPs, RFQs, bids, and other opportunities.
- Assist in confirming pricing and preparing comprehensive sales proposals to support the sales team and ensure accurate client quotes.
- Generate and qualify leads, track opportunities, and follow up on sales inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing revenue.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress.
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage social media platforms, website content, and email marketing campaigns.
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Create engaging content, including blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Event Planning:
- Plan and coordinate corporate events, company outings, and industry networking functions.
- Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, venue selection, and promotional materials.
- Ensure seamless execution of events that align with company goals and branding.
- Develop post-event reports and follow-ups to measure success and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in inside sales, digital marketing, or event planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the AV, technology or construction industry is a plus.
