Lead Dentist Opportunity at Aspen Dental
As a Lead Dentist at Aspen Dental, you will have the opportunity to lead a patient-centric team and assume excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
- Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
- Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
- Maintain an awareness of the budget and work in conjunction with Operations team to attain financial objectives
- Mentor and coach new dentists and an entire team of dental professionals
Requirements:
- Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
- Experience in leading a dental team and managing clinical operations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
