Salary:
The salary for this role is $18-$21 per hour, plus 2 different incentive opportunities: Report Card Bonus up to $300/month and Quarterly bonus potential.
Job Description:
As a Supervisor, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. This includes providing superior patient service with compassion and care, working collaboratively with the dental team, consulting with patients on treatment options, and verifying insurance payment and collection.
- Provide exceptional patient service in accordance with patient needs, company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards.
- Work closely with the dental team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Consult with patients on treatment options provided by the clinical team, verify insurance payment, and ensure high-quality care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Demonstrate analytical thinking and leverage data to drive decision-making.
