Your Responsibilities:
- Lead a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership.
- Assume excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.
- Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
- Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients.
- Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
- Maintain awareness of our budget and work in conjunction with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.
- Mentor and coach new dentists and dental professionals.
- Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development.
- N network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.
