Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a patient-centric team with respect for your clinical judgment and leadership
- Ensure excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism
- Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
- Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
- Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
- Maintain awareness of business objectives and collaborate with the Operations team to achieve financial goals
- Mentor and coach new dentists and dental professionals
- Stay up-to-date with new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development
- Network with professional groups, dental associations, and societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community
Requirements:
- Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
