You will assume excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive full mouth exams, diagnosing dental conditions, and offering treatment planning options and discussing them with patients. You will also provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency, maintaining an awareness of the budget and working in conjunction with Operations team to attain financial objectives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a DDS or DMD from an accredited school. You should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and coach new dentists and a team of dental professionals. Additionally, you will need to stay abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development.
