What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Dentist - Clinical Director position at Aspen Dental?
About Aspen Dental
At Aspen Dental, we put our patients first. Our dental practices are led by experienced dentists who provide high-quality care and a patient-centric approach. As a lead dentist with us, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
Our dentists enjoy an income potential that's twice as high as the average private practice*. We offer flexible scheduling to suit your lifestyle and career goals**, including full-time and part-time options. Additionally, you'll have access to unlimited continuing education (live and online) to keep your skills and knowledge up-to-date.
What You Will Do
As a lead dentist with Aspen Dental, you will be responsible for leading a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership. You will assume excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism. Your duties will include conducting comprehensive full mouth exams, diagnosing dental conditions, offering treatment planning options, providing high-quality clinical treatments, and maintaining awareness of the budget. You will also mentor and coach new dentists and dental professionals, keeping abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school. Our Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists. We receive non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc., a dental support organization.
Benefits
We offer a generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, vision, and 401(k) savings plan. You'll also have back-end support to allow you more time to focus on your patients: finance, IT, marketing, billing, HR, call center, learning and development, plus so much more.*
