We are seeking a highly skilled Supervisor to join our team at Aspen Dental. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and building trust with our valued customers. About the Role:
- Deliver exceptional patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
- Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
- Consult with patients on treatment options provided by clinical team, verifying insurance payment and collection ensuring high quality of care.
- Supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team under the direction of the Manager.
- Review data day to day to evaluate the impact on the practice.
- Oversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
- Verify insurance payment, collection, balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
- Additional tasks assigned by the Manager.
