Responsibilities
As an Operations Lead, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients.
You will participate in an eight-week training program to succeed in your role.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing superior patient service with compassion and care
- Working collaboratively with other members of the dental team
- Consulting with patients on treatment options
- Supervising and reinforcing daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team
- Reviewing data to evaluate the impact on the practice
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking and ability to leverage data
- Organized and detail-oriented individuals
- Experience in sales is preferred
