Professional House Cleaner Needed

Short Term Vacation rental cleaning and Residential reoccurring cleaning

Looking for a great gal to take the reigns of our business in the field. The compensation for this certain position does not have a cap on pay. I’m willing to pay for someone to take over a lot of what I do in the field. From managing the flow of the day with homes, helping get the home cleaned to a professional level. To staying on top of products/supplies in the homes, the directions of the gals and most importantly hanging with the clients and talking with them! They are all amazing that's why we clean for them :) If you do not want to apply for Management that's ok! We will take the help aside from that role!

~Residential homes are our prized clients so it is very important to be incredibly thorough with the cleaning of each home. We also take our time loving on their animals and moving around cleaning their home in a respectful way.

~STR (Short Term Rentals) includes all laundry, dishes, organizing & cleaning. Top to bottom work but a totally different type of cleaning at the short term rental homes (mainly near Purgatroy). Very busy in the summertime and wintertime. They leave a lot of food behind sometimes too so some small perks!

I’m looking for someone like me which is a very rare type of gal I’m searching for!
We start at $20/hour, after 14 days and a review we will raise it to $21/hour and more raises and bonuses will come with commitment, consistency and growth with us. We are looking for someone committed to us and our clients.

You have to be:
-Outgoing, confident, good with people and animals

-Great at cleaning on a professional level (I will pay and train you) Cleaning thorough every time by the time you're trained and ready to take over

-Great communication! Very important and to be on time, accountable and dependable.

-Able to follow directions, but also be a critical thinker. Creative and efficient with the time allotted to get the job done correctly, quickly and thoroughly.

-Polite, professional, positive attitude required; your energy inside the home is very important

-Able to work in a fast paced environment- no lingering health issues that will come up with this position, active body. This job is very labor intensive and life changing if you’re looking for a lifestyle change.

-Dedication to the job is required- raises, tips and bonuses included with commitment, we also pay for oil changes and receive nice Christmas tips.

-This is a sub contractor position- 1099- employment is possible with commitment and growth!

-Having a decent car with good tires is required. Driving in the snow, and during most storms is what we do come winter time up at Purgatory. Now that summer is coming tires aren't as much of a concern; still good tread, a reliable, safe vehicle to get you through your work day is required.

-Responsible to bring nourishing food for yourself and come with a working able body ready to get a sweat on and literally get a work out while you get paid

-Capable to keep up with your cleaning supplies I provide you for your jobs
I will reimburse you for cleaning supplies if you need to buy any.

-Non tobacco user. No vaping, no smoking. Nicotine pouches are ok.

-No Marijuana or Alcohol use during work hours or before work starts.

Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products is a plus

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently with minimal to no supervision once trained
