What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Office Assistant position at Aspen Health and Rehab?
Under NEW Administration. We are looking for ONE positive, energetic front desk receptionist/office assistant, Saturday and Sunday 8am-6pm.
MUST be a team player, continuously looking for ways to assist the team. This job requires you to answer phones, direct foot traffic, give tours of the facility if needed, among other tasks. Although this is a 'desk' job, there is a lot of time that requires you to be on your feet, delivering messages, etc. Good time management and multi-tasking abilities are a MUST.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform data entry, filing, and record keeping tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries in a professional manner
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
