RN or LPN Evenings 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday

Evenings : 2pm-10pm, Monday-Friday

This position is for a nurse to work EVENINGS on our Long Term Care team. Our facility is gorgeous, 2 stories, well-staffed, and our residents are our pride and joy. Patient load is maximum 34, with a Med-Aide (CMA) to pass meds.

```Duties```
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Assist with physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations
- Collect specimens for laboratory testing
- Perform basic life support measures in emergency situations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide case management services to patients and their families
- Assist with discharge planning and coordination of post-hospital care

```Skills```
- Experience in hospice care, including pain management and end-of-life support
- Ability to perform physical examinations and assist with diagnostic evaluations
- Knowledge of basic life support techniques and ability to respond to emergencies
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
