RN Nurse Supervisor

Aspen Hills Healthcare Center, a 204 bed sub-acute and long-term care facility located in Pemberton, NJ is seeking two RN Registered Nurse Supervisors for 7-3 Shift and 3-11pm who manages the nursing employees on the nursing units and assures the smooth operations of the facility for a designated shift.

The ideal RN Registered Nurse Supervisor will have an understanding of geriatrics and will lead the charge in ensuring patient satisfaction and providing excellent care. We are specifically looking for an individual with the skills to organize and implement procedures, as well as communicate a clear vision to staff members.

Sign on Bonus Full time 4,000 - 2,000 paid after three months, 2,000 after six months.

Part time 2,500 - 1,250 paid after three months, 1,250 after six months.

RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Work with multiple interdisciplinary teams to meet the needs of geriatrics residents.
• Work with doctors and other healthcare providers to ensure residents are receiving appropriate care.
• Meet with families and caregivers to advise them on the care and treatment of their loved ones.
• Provide medical guidance to staff members.
• Participate in educational programs for staff members.
• Organize, conduct, and record resident evaluations; serve as a liaison between residents and families.
