Retail Promotions Manager Aspen Home Improvements is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Retail PromotionsTeam Leader to oversee and manage a team of appointment generators at BJ’s Wholesale Clubs.The ideal candidate will lead and motivate the team to generate high-quality leads whileensuring smooth day-to-day operations, achieving performance goals, and representingAspen’s brand in a positive, professional manner.Key Responsibilities:1. Team Recruitment and Training:○ Recruit, onboard, and train appointment generators.○ Conduct initial and ongoing training on products, promotions, and appointment-setting techniques.○ Provide hands-on coaching and role-playing sessions to enhance performance.2. Team Management and Leadership:○ Set daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals for the team.○ Motivate and coach team members to consistently meet or exceed targets.○ Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, challenges, andstrategies for improvement.3. Lead Generation and Event Execution:○ Oversee the team’s activities on the sales floor and ensure they follow properprotocols.○ Monitor promotions and special events within BJ’s to maximize lead generation.○ Collaborate with the marketing department to implement promotional strategiesand ensure smooth execution.4. Performance Tracking and Reporting:○ Track and monitor individual and team performance through lead metrics andconversion rates.○ Submit weekly reports on lead counts, appointment outcomes, and teamprogress.○ Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implementaction plans.5.
