Duties
- Provide spiritual care and counseling to patients, families, and staff in crisis situations.
- Conduct religious services, rituals, and ceremonies as needed.
- Educate individuals on spiritual matters and facilitate discussions about faith and beliefs.
- Lead crisis intervention efforts to support individuals facing emotional or spiritual distress.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure holistic care for patients.
- Offer hospice care support for patients and families during end-of-life transitions.
- Write reports and documentation related to spiritual care activities.
- Present workshops or seminars on topics related to spirituality and wellness.
- Plan and organize events that promote community engagement and spiritual growth.
Qualifications
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and staff.
- Proven leadership abilities in guiding teams or groups in spiritual matters.
- Experience in crisis management and intervention techniques.
- Familiarity with hospice care practices is preferred but not required.
- Ability to write clearly and concisely for documentation purposes.
- Event planning experience is a plus, showcasing organizational skills.
- A degree in theology, divinity, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications may also be beneficial.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
