We are currently hiring QMAPS!! We are hiring to fill both full time and part time positions. No experience necessary, we will train you! Vaccination is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
Our QMAPs are responsible for caring for our elderly residents and responding to resident calls in a timely manner :
- Distributing and assisting residents in taking their prescribed medication based on their medication schedule and physicians' orders
- Organizing and ensuring residents are taking their medications
- Maintaining and updating residents' files
- Assisting them in all cares of daily living (ADLs)
- Documenting and notifying RCC any changes or concerns in our residents' condition, as well as all duties given them as assigned by the Administrator or Resident Care Coordinator.
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills
- Self-Starter and able to work independently
- Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
- High tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations with a cool head
- Good communication skills, such as being able to communicate effectively with residents, staff, family members, and professionals. Including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy ("bedside manner")
- Possess a love for the elderly
- Have a positive and compassionate attitude
A background check is required for this position upon hire as well CPR/First Aid certification and a TB test.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
