Our Opportunity :

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new client accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of PEO services and the ability to communicate their value to business owners and decision-makers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent interpersonal skills, and is passionate about helping businesses succeed. This position is a remote / work-from-home role. Preference for candidates in the L.A. and N.Y. markets.

What You'll Do :

  • Prospect and Generate Leads : Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
  • Build Relationships : Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners, C-suite executives, and HR professionals to understand their challenges and demonstrate how our PEO solutions can address their needs.
  • Present Solutions : Deliver compelling sales presentations and customized proposals that highlight the benefits of our PEO services, including cost savings, compliance support, and employee retention.
  • Close Deals : Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and onboarding. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and implementation, to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
  • Stay Informed : Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and compliance regulations to position us as a trusted advisor and industry leader.

What You'll Bring :

  • Experience : 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the PEO, HR, payroll, or employee benefits industries.
  • Knowledge : Familiarity with PEO services, HR processes, and compliance requirements is highly preferred.
  • Communication Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Sales Skills : Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.
  • Motivation : Self-starter with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Technology Skills : Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) and other sales productivity software.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

    Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
