Scope:
We are looking for a Management Analyst with demonstrated experience in program management and analysis to support requirements, budgets, schedules, and data interpretation for technology and systems acquisition. Working with a team of driven, supportive and highly skilled professionals with leading-edge technologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree
- Active Secret Clearance
- 10 years of program analyst, budget and schedule experience
- 4 years of experience in processing program acquisition, funding, and contract documentation for Federal programs
- Analyze program requirements, status, budget, and schedules
- Perform program management, technical, or business case analyses
- Participate as a member of and/or supports the specified Program IPTs and IPT-directed business meetings
- Collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data and financial information relating to DL-related technologies and systems acquisition and product programs
- Track program/project status and schedules
- Apply policies and procedures for financial planning

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to walk, stand, and bend for 6-8 hours per day
- Able to distinguish between basic colors
- Must be able to read and interpret handwritten and typewritten print
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers in stressful situations
- Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation and undergo urine drug testing
- Advanced medical and anatomical skills
- Knowledge of general surgery practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong motor skills and manual dexterity
- Ability to work long and irregular hours
- Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and focused on stressful situations
- Organizational and time management skills
