Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Support payroll processing using systems such as ADP or UltiPro.
- Help manage employee benefits administration and respond to inquiries regarding benefits.
- Participate in succession planning efforts by maintaining talent management databases.
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, including training programs and employee engagement activities.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Utilize HRIS tools like PeopleSoft or SAP to generate reports and analyze data as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within human resources management.
- Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP or UltiPro is highly desirable.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (PeopleSoft, SAP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of succession planning processes and best practices in talent management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
