The Chief Nursing Officer provides leadership for the nursing and professional staff to insure consistent, high quality care delivery in a cost-effective manner. The Chief Nursing Officer will develop and implement the philosophy and objectives of the department, which are keeping with the overall system mission and objectives. As a member of the Executive team, the ideal candidate will excel in a leadership role, with the ability to plan, coordinate, direct, and evaluate activities.
Reports to CEO
Supervises: All nursing and ancillary support personnel involved in the planning, implementation of and evaluation of patient care services throughout the facility.
