ORTHODONTIC ASSISTANT - FULL TIME

Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, electric energy, professionalism, and a great team spirit. The Orthodontic Assistant will work alongside our Orthodontists in order to provide high-quality orthodontic care to all of our patients.
- No experience necessary, will train on the job
- Willing to travel to multiple locations – Chandler, Queen Creek and Maricopa
Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
- Assisting the Orthodontist during patient exams and procedures.
- Taking and developing dental x-rays (panoramic and cephalometric)
- Making and adjusting orthodontic appliances and retainers.
- Providing patient education on oral hygiene and care for orthodontic treatment.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and charts.
- Ensuring proper sterilization and infection control procedures are followed.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Orthodontist or Office Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR certification a plus
- Orthodontic Assisting experience (1 years preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good people skills, fast learner and positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
