Well respected commercial construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the bid, design and implementation of construction projects for regional commercial clients.
Responsibilities :
- Successfully bid construction projects to manage.
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Oversee all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Meet contractual conditions of performance.
- Review work progress on a daily basis.
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve emerging ones.
- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Deliver projects on schedule and under budget.
- Ensure owner satisfaction with construction process and end result.
