Aspen Personnel is partnering with a reputable and growing HVAC contractor to recruit a skilled and professional leader for the position of Commercial Install Lead . This role involves managing the installation of commercial heating and cooling systems while ensuring exceptional service for clients and guiding installation teams to deliver projects on schedule and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities :
Operate a company vehicle daily.
Follow supervisor instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
Oversee and manage installation crews, ensuring quality work.
Promptly report any issues with tools or vehicles.
Build strong working relationships with customers, colleagues, and subcontractors.
Be flexible to work a staggered schedule when required.
Independently manage projects from start to finish.
Maintain professional relationships with builders.
Consistently uphold a professional appearance and attitude.
Complete projects within allocated labor budgets.
Handle all necessary documentation, including job packets, change orders, and timecards.
Provide training for entry-level team members.
Participate in 16 hours of job-related training annually.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience :
Minimum of 4 years’ experience
Advanced expertise in layout, design, fabrication, and installation.
Proficient in commercial HVAC installations.
Strong safety knowledge regarding tools, testing equipment, and job sites.
Basic fabrication skills for sheet metal fittings.
Ability to conduct pre-construction layouts.
Proficient in performing accurate material take-offs from blueprints.
Skilled in planning and ordering materials to keep projects on track.
Competent in designing and sizing ductwork accurately.
Experience with the startup and troubleshooting of furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, and condensing units.
Solid understanding of line voltage and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, and wiring diagrams.
Excellent customer service skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
Commitment to continuous learning with a minimum of 16 hours of training annually.
Capable of training entry-level personnel.

Gas Mechanics 1
06A Electrical License
OSHA 30
EPA Universal Certification
Idaho Journeyman’s Card
CPR Certification
Man-Lift and Grade-All Certification
Fall Protection Certification
Schedule :
Monday – Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 3 : 00 PM
Overtime as needed
Compensation :
28 - $34 per hour, depending on experience.
