Job duties:
- Cultivate a mindset that truly puts customer's wants & needs first
- Apply Eco-friendly pest products to residential & commercial properties
- Complete daily reports for services rendered
- Effectively communicate by answering customer questions and addressing customer concerns
- Continually educate oneself on pest control best practices in the Northwest
- Be willing to go above and beyond to satisfy customer's pest control needs and wants
Job Requirements:
- Must be willing to take a drug test
- Must be willing to take a background check
- Must be able to go up on ladders occasionally
- Must be comfortable working primarily outdoors in all types of weather conditions, e.g., rain, snow, cold and hot weather
- Must be comfortable working with chemicals in safe conditions
- Must be able to traverse crawl spaces or other tight spaces
- Must be able to kneel/stoop comfortably throughout the day
- Must be able to perform the following movements regularly: reach above your head, look up, twist your torso, crawl on your belly/hands/knees, carry 40 lbs on your back, and lift 50 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record (Fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years)
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be able to keep up with a fast-paced environment and be willing to adapt cheerfully to occasional changes in daily routine

- This job involves physical tasks such as:
