Job Responsibilities and Requirements
As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you will be responsible for helping residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed. You will also participate in daily nursing reports and take detailed notes, observing and reporting changes in residents' condition and making independent decisions when necessary.
