Job Summary
The Assistant Director of Health Services is responsible for assisting the Director of Health Services in planning, organizing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Service Department. This includes coordinating with the Director to select, retain, develop, and lead the clinical team, as well as implementing our clinical staffing model. The successful candidate will also participate in quality assurance initiatives and provide direct nursing care as needed.
