Responsibilities and Qualifications

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the assessment and care planning process for patients in collaboration with Registered Nurses. They will also administer medications, perform routine lab tests, and provide education and support to patients and their families.

Qualifications: To be considered for this position, the successful candidate must possess a current LPN license, a BLS certification, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience working in a long-term care setting is an asset.
