We are seeking an experienced and Certified Dietary Manager or Must have an Active Servsafe Manager Certificate to join our team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with current applicable Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The successful candidate will have recent skilled nursing management experience and possess a ServSafe management certification.
Qualifications :
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification or a Servsafe Food Manager Certificate is REQUIRED
- Experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related medical facility.
- Training in cost control, food management, diet therapy, etc.
- Any combination of experience and training which provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities.
