We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Registered Nurses to join our growing family!
Hours / Shifts :
- 8 or 12-hour shifts (7 am-7 pm or 7 am-3 pm, 3p,-11pm, and 11 pm-7 am)
- Must be able to work every other weekend
- Providing patient care to residents
- Complies with state and Federal Regulations.
- Works Collaboratively with members of the healthcare team.
- Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare teams.

- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents with documentation regarding care and service provided.
- Accurately chart in resident's EMR that reflects the care administered.
- Wears proper PPE when necessary
- Administer treatment and medications timely; order and perform diagnostic tests timely.
- Assumes nursing administrative duties on weekends and holidays as scheduled.
- Effectively communicate to outgoing RN during shift change.
- Investigative resident / family complaints and takes appropriate actions to bring them to resolution.
- Complies with state and Federal Regulations in all matters; participates in facility surveys as scheduled.
- Works collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team; carries out Physician's orders.
- Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time.
- Graduate of an approved Nursing program (RN or LPN) and licensed in MO
- 2 years' experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
- Current BLS / CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
