    We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Registered Nurses to join our growing family!

    Hours / Shifts :

    • 8 or 12-hour shifts (7 am-7 pm or 7 am-3 pm, 3p,-11pm, and 11 pm-7 am)
    • Must be able to work every other weekend
    • Day in the Life / Expectations

    • Providing patient care to residents
    • Complies with state and Federal Regulations.
    • Works Collaboratively with members of the healthcare team.
    • Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
    • Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare teams.

    • Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

    • Admit, transfer, and discharge residents with documentation regarding care and service provided.
    • Accurately chart in resident's EMR that reflects the care administered.
    • Wears proper PPE when necessary
    • Administer treatment and medications timely; order and perform diagnostic tests timely.
    • Assumes nursing administrative duties on weekends and holidays as scheduled.
    • Effectively communicate to outgoing RN during shift change.
    • Investigative resident / family complaints and takes appropriate actions to bring them to resolution.
    • Complies with state and Federal Regulations in all matters; participates in facility surveys as scheduled.
    • Works collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team; carries out Physician's orders.
    • Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time.
    • Requirements :

    • Graduate of an approved Nursing program (RN or LPN) and licensed in MO
    • 2 years' experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
    • Current BLS / CPR certification
    • Reliable transportation
