Review and approve pre-construction deliverables. Facilitate interactive planning sessions. Manage company Procurement activities. Plan and execute the preconstruction strategy to projects. Manage and prepare estimates and cost models. Provide monthly cost and schedule analysis for all active projects. Work remotely at various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Salary: $127,308.00/year.
Requires: Master of Science in Renewable Energy Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field and 1 year in the job offered or as Cost Estimator, or Bachelor's degree in the same fields, or closely related, and 5 years post-baccalaureate progressive experience in the field, which includes 1 year in the job offered or as Cost Estimator, or any suitable combination of education, training or experience. Requires 1 year of experience using Bluebeam, Procore, Salesforce, and NetSuite. Must have 1 year of experience in cost estimation and management for power/solar projects.
