About the Role
As part of Finance / Accounting team, the Staff Accountant will report to the Accounting Manager. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end accruals, and vendor compliance. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Accounts Payable :
- Process and review vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Obtain necessary approvals and coding for invoice payments.
- Prepare and process payments, including checks, ACH transfers, and wire transfers.
- Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve invoice and payment inquiries.
- Preparing company W-9’s as requested.
- Identify monthly expense accruals.
- Support Vendor Onboarding process.
- Assist in preparing year end 1099’s.

Compensation range
The salary range for this position is : $65k - $85k.
