Join the Aspen Ridge Lawn and Landscape Team as our newest Fine Gardening Foreman. At Aspen Ridge, we pride ourselves in maintaining some of the most attractive properties and outdoor spaces in the Black Hills area. You will have the opportunity to use your creativity along with your horticultural skills to bring our properties to life through fine gardening. Daily work will include routine maintenance, custom seasonal planting, and overall property maintenance.
Job Responsibilities
-Routine weekly property care with emphasis on bed care and plant care
-Pruning, weeding, and trimming
-Fertilizer and herbicide application if needed
-Identification and replacement of plant material
-Repairing basic irrigation issues
-Monitoring enhancement opportunities for the property owner
-Manage, plan, coordinate, and implement our projects generated from the Property Care Division
-Must have an attention to detail as it pertains to plants, horticulturist experience is a plus.
-Create/maintain relationships with clients looking to improve their property.
-Assist with design, logistics and implementation on landscaping enhancement for the customer.
-Communicating with the account Manager of any property enhancement details
Jobs Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- Detail orientated
- Valid driver’s license
- First-rate customer service skills
- Lifting > than 25 lbs
Preferred:
- 1 years of experience as a landscaper, groundskeeper, or horticulturist
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Property Care: 1 year
- Horticulture-1 year
- Landscape-1 year

Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
