What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Management Receptionist position at Aspen Ridge Management?
The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible to greet and assist all walk-in customers, answer multi-line telephones, assist residents and clients, respond to emails, enter data daily, process paperwork, assist with leasing information to prospective residents, help problem solve daily, manage keys, prepare check-in packets for new residents, and other tasks.
Receptionists may also be asked to help complete cleaning checks, notify residents for misc reasons, and visit properties. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is preferred.
This is a busy property management office and the right candidate must be able to multi-task, be friendly, be honest, learn quickly, stay organized, and must be a hard worker. Some college education is preferred, but not required.
This position can be either full-time or part-time, but must be available to work at least 4 hours/day between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
