Psychometrist

Duties of Psychometrist:

1. Provide assessment services to diverse clients ages 5 for your own cases as well as that of postdoctoral residents.
   1. Test Administration of:
      1. WAIS
      2. WISC
      3. MMPI-3, MMPI-A-RF
      4. MCMI-IV, M-PACI, MACI
      5. Rorschach (R-PAS)
      6. ADOS-2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule)
      7. ADI-R I (Autism Diagnostic Interview)
      8. Vineland
      9. BASC
      10. SCID
      11. D-KEFS (Executive functioning)
      12. Many more as needed
   2. Scoring of all measues
   3. Writing Test Scores & Tables
   4. Writing Behavioral Observations
2. Report Writing
   1. Psychometrist will administer tests for postdoctoral residents and licensed psychologists. Depending on level of experience and interest, they may have the opportunity to complete their own comprehensive assessments.
3. Complete all necessary charting and billing in accordance with legal and ethical requirements as well as clinic policy.
4. Complete all necessary training to orient oneself with clinic policy.
   1. Complete an orientation to learn administration of commonly used measures, Ipad administration, scoring programs, and clinic policies
5. Other duties and projects as assigned

Supervision and Didactics to support your learning and development (unpaid):

• Individual Supervision (weekly)
• Group Supervision (weekly) - Tuesdays
• Assessment Didactic (Biweekly) - Tuesdays

Logistics:

• 16-20 hours a week depending on caseload
  • 8-10 client contact hours per week is expected (intake, test administration, scoring, report writing etc.)
• Pay is per service (1 hour of client contact = 1 hour of paid time). Clinicians can bill for client contact, onboarding, and note writing. Upon hire, a billing guide will be provided.
• Preferred for minimum 1 calendar year of service at ARMH.
• Saturday availability is strongly preferred

Pay: $20.00/hr

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field required
• Second year and advanced doctoral students preferred
• Prior psychological assessment experience required
• Professionalism/conscientiousness
• Ability to collaborate on a team and with other professionals in the community
