Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapy Aide to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced clinic environment. Duties
- Take care of Patients: Most importantly, help take care of patients. Help them feel welcome, talk with them, laugh with them, care about them, etc.
- Assist physical therapists with the implementation of treatment plans for patients.
- Help patients with exercises and therapeutic activities, ensuring they perform movements correctly. We will provider hands-on training as well.
- Monitor patient progress and report any concerns to the supervising therapist.
- Help apply various modalities on patients and be comfortable doing so. (Electrical stimulation, ice, heat, ect)
- Prepare treatment areas by cleaning and organizing equipment and supplies.
- Uphold clinic standards for safety, cleanliness, and professionalism. (Including but limited to, doing laundry, cleaning bathrooms/offices)
Experience
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and support.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Schedule
- 8 hour shift
- 1 hour unpaid lunch
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00-6:30 : Willing to come in early at least once a week and stay for the late shift as least once a week.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
