Apartment Maintenance Positions Available:
Make-Ready Technicians
- Basic drywall, plumbing, electrical
- Carpentry
- Make Ready Skills
- Availability for rotation of on-call emergency maintenance
Porter/Groundskeeper
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Willing to do any kind of clean-up work
- Basic maintenance & repair knowledge
- Experience operating a blower and pressure washer a plus!
