What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floating Residential Remodeler position at Aspen Square Management?

We are seeking an experienced Residential Remodeler with Carpentry experience to join the team in Western Massachusetts! In this role you will float between our local properties (Amherst, Chicopee, Feeding Hills, Sunderland, Westfield and West Springfield) and executing renovation projects.
Our Ideal Candidate will have:
- 3-5 years experience as a carpenter/remodeler with skills in drywall, framing, woodworking, basic plumbing and electrical, interior renovations and painting
- Experience with countertop fabrication & installation, interior door hanging and trim, cabinet door hanging, suspended ceilings and finishing basements
- Attention to detail
- Be able to meet deadlines in a timely and efficient manner
- Strong work ethic, driven and dedicated attitude
- Be able to work in a team environment
- All other duties as assigned
- Must possess a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
